Many people see teaching as one of those "anyone can do it" professions. So, I was thinking of creating a blog that gives those people a perspective though a teacher's eyes. I will discuss challenges when dealing with students and challenges when dealing with paperwork. Oh, the paperwork. The one thing that most people do not think about when they think about a teacher. They do not think about the lesson plans, the RTI, the RFD, the IEPs, the 504s, the grading, and all the other documentation you can pretty much think of.  I love being a teacher, and though it can be overwhelming at times, I understand the need for the paperwork. I just want people to quit thinking that if they lose their job, they can always "just become a teacher." A good teacher is not someone who is good with paperwork, it is someone who is passionate about educating children!
